For better security, you are recommended to update the CoinEx Vault App with the following offline method, which is also available for Android users who are downloading the App for the first time.

Step 1: Connect the USB drive to your computer and choose “Allow” to establish the connection.
Step 2: Visit the official CoinEx Vault website: https://vault.coinex.com/, download the APK file to the USB drive, and then safely disconnect it from your computer.
Step 3: Insert the USB drive into your phone’s port to connect, and open the USB storage on your phone.
Note: Make sure your phone stays offline during this process.
Step 4: Tap the APK file to begin installation. Once the installation is complete, you can safely remove the USB drive and start using the app offline.

Follow the steps below to install the APK (App Package Kit) from your computer to your mobile phone.
Preparation
1. Visit the official CoinEx Vault website https://vault.coinex.com/ and download the APK file to your computer (in the example image, the APK has been saved to the desktop).
2. If you are using a MacOS computer, you need to download and install a third-party software such as openMTP on your computer first.

Note: You need to download the software according to the chip type of your computer.
If you are using a Windows computer, you can directly go to the next step.
Start Installation
Step 1: Connect the device
Connect your mobile phone to the computer via a USB cable. At this time, the computer will pop up a system prompt asking whether to allow accessory connection, click Allow; then the mobile phone will pop up a window asking whether to allow access to mobile phone data, click Allow.
Step 2: Open computer files
Open openMTP on your computer, then it will show the file information of your computer and the connected mobile phone.
If you can't find the file information of your mobile phone, you can try:
(1) Click the Refresh button on the top right bar to refresh the view.
(2) If the file transfer fails several times, you can switch to MTP mode in the top navigation bar and refresh again (Kalam and Legacy both try).
Step 3: Transfer files to your mobile phone
Find the APK file in the file information of your computer and drag it into a folder of your mobile device, such as "Download", and click YES in the double confirmation pop-up window.
Step 4: Install or update
After the transfer is completed, open My Files on your mobile phone and find the corresponding folder location. Find the APK file and install or update it.
Now, your App installation (or update) is complete.
